Tami was the Station Manager of KDUR Community Radio in Durango from 1990-1997. Prior to that, Tami was on staff at KSUT Public Radio in Ignacio, CO. She served as the Executive Director of Animas Conservancy land trust from 2001-2003 and is currently sitting on its Board of Directors. Tami has a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology with a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution. Currently, she is the Project Director for the Braided River Peace Project, which offers no-cost restorative justice and community mediation services in Southwestern Colorado. She also has an independent family mediation practice and is a skilled facilitator and trainer.

As the Creative Director of Digital Sparks Media, Jordan is passionate about using design and the web to empower vibrant, values-based organizations. With over a decade of experience in the field, including six years as the Lead Designer and Developer at Communicopia, he has developed a broad range of design strategy, branding, and hands-on web design and development expertise. Jordan has worked for a global client base including the United Nations Foundation, UNICEF, Greenpeace, TckTckTck, 100,000 Homes Campaign, and the National Audubon Society. He graduated with a Bachelor of Communication Design from Emily Carr University, where he specialized in Interactive Media.
